Self-Massage Steps:
1. Warm about a tablespoon of oil in your hands. Drip a good quality oil onto your hands, preferably organic olive oil, and rub your hands together until you feel them warming the oil.
2. With a flat oiled hand start at the top of your feet going up your legs with long strokes towards your heart. Repeat this as many times as you like, I would suggest at least 5 strokes per area. Every human body is different, so use a pressure that works for you. Continue on over your buttocks and your lower and upper back (as far as you can reach) with long strokes toward the heart.
3. After you finish with your legs, back, and buttocks move to your abdomen. Using fingertips and flat oiled hands start at the belly button and go in a circular clockwise pattern until the circle expands to your rib cage, ending on the left side of your abdomen and going down towards the left side of the groin.
4. Move to the breasts, begin with the right or left breast going in a circular pattern starting around the nipple and gradually expand your circles till you reach the armpit. Then change your direction and repeat the step above. End with gently massaging towards the armpit.
5. Move on to the tops of your hands and forearms gently stroking up towards your shoulder and neck, repeat on the other side.
6. If desired you can also do a quick facial and scalp massage. Place both hands on your head and gently move fingers through your scalp all over your head. Make small circular motions all over your face.
7. End with the soles of your feet. Gently stroke up from the heel of the foot to the toes, repeating as much as you desire. Finish with small circular strokes all over your foot.
You will feel younger and healthier following these steps at least 5 times a week. You will notice great improvements, especially with your energy levels almost immediately, and you will start to feel in charge of your own health.
